Neoprene Conditions this week

Hi,

Only the brave fishing this week if wading deep ? Most anglers fishing the Winter months Jan & Feb wear stocking foot breathables + boots these days, plus thermal clothing,fleece trousers etc , Seldom see a Neoprene clad angler wearing neoprenes these days early season ? but I've seen anglers wearing them in Summer ? phew ! talk about sweating.
Please help.
